I’m a Chartered Marketer and accountancy business owner since 2007. I’ve also built three separate businesses across different sectors.


My career began with Japan Airlines, where I learned the art and discipline of customer care. Later, I led new product development projects for a UK airline - designing and managing complex, high-value client journeys with full responsibility for performance and ROI.


That grounding in service and precision is still at the heart of everything I do.


Since 2007, I’ve helped to grow two accountancy practices to an NPS of 93. Being both a marketer and accountancy business owner means I understand growth in profit, cash flow and operational reality - not just visibility. 


I work with a small number of established service-based business owners to bring structure, focus and clarity to their marketing and customer experience without the fluff or faff.
