The Role:
This role is tailor-made for a dynamic, customer-focused and all-around enthusiastic individual ready to work closely with and support business owners. You may also wish to progress onto developing and managing a team as we grow further.
Responsibilities (In a Nutshell):

Greet and advise our customers - get to know them and their businesses

Keep client accounts up to date and provide impeccable reporting, always

Embrace the tech side of life and thrive in it

Keep financial ledgers in check perfectly

Prepare accurate trial balances

Work your magic with bank and control account reconciliations

Master the art of crafting Management Accounts and financial forecasting

Deliver those little extras that make all the difference to our clients

Play the deadline game like a champion, no penalties on your watch

Be the liaison with our strategic partners and other worldly 3rd parties
-
Make workflow more efficient – internally and for our clients
-
Improve service quality, speed and efficiency through tech wizardry

Keep an eye out for opportunities that help our clients' business and personal needs. Debt management? Credit control? Mortgages? Pensions? Cashflow? We've got it all!
The Ideal Person: Are You the One?

You've got a rock-solid understanding of double entry accounting principles
-
You're at least Part Qualified ACCA, and you wear it like a badge of honour
-
You've ideally worked in a practice environment before

Independence is your middle name (not literally, of course)

Fast-paced environments don't make you break a sweat; they make you thrive

Xero and API’s are your secret weapon - or will be
