Chartered Marketer, Fractional CMO and accountancy business owner since 2007. I’ve also built three separate businesses across different sectors.
My career began with Japan Airlines, learning the art and discipline of customer care. Later, I led new product development projects for a UK airline - designing and managing complex, high-value projects with full responsibility for performance and ROI.
That grounding in service, precision and results is still at the heart of everything I do.
